Rum Highball

Ingredients:

• 2 oz light or dark Rum
• Carbonated water
• 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing instructions:

Pour rum into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
