Prairie Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 whole Egg
• Salt
• Black pepper

Mixing instructions:

Open egg without breaking the yolk and put into a red wine glass. Pour gin on top of egg, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
