Charlie's Angel

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 shot Mezcal
• 1 shot Grand Marnier
• 1 dash Orange bitters
• 1 part Orange juice
• 1 part Grapefruit juice
• Half Fill Glass Ice cubes
• Float 1 part Soda water on top

Mixing instructions:

Half fill glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into the beaker of a cocktail shaker apart from the soda. Mix gently. Pour into glass. Take one fresh lime wedge, squeeze and drop in. Add soda to top. Serve with stirrer and straw.

Creator/contributor's comments:

If desired, customer can mix the soda in to create a mildly diluted and carbonated drink. If left in a float style, the soda acts as a refreshing cleanse of the palate at the end of the drink.
