Papa Doble

Ingredients:

• 1 shot White rum
• 1 shot Rose's sweetened lime juice
• 1 shot Grapefruit juice
• Ice
• 1 splash Grenadine

Mixing instructions:

Shake rum, grapefruit juice, and lime juice with ice and pour or strain into glass. Add a splash of grenedine.

I found this recipe in, of all places, Car and Driver magazine. Supposedly, this is was a favorite drink of Hemmingway's while he lived in Cuba. A very sweet drink.
