Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Peach schnapps
• 2 oz Orange juice
• Soda water
• Splash of Cream

Mixing instructions:

Stir and pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Official drink of the Belmount Stakes, the third jewel of the Triple Crown. Technically served in a 12oz. souvenier "Belmount Glass". The official drink of the Belmount used to be the Manhattan, but for some reason, it was changed to the White Carnation.
