Ingredients:

• 2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Peppermint schnapps
• 3 oz Club soda
• 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing instructions:

Pour the Scotch, schnapps, and soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
