Gin Highball

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• Carbonated water
• 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing instructions:

Pour gin into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Add the twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve.
