Godiva Peppermint Patty

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Hot chocolate
• 1 shot Peppermint schnapps (Rumple Minze)
• 1 shot Godiva liqueur

Mixing instructions:

Pour 1/2 cup Hot Cocoa into a Brandy Snifter. Add 1 shot of Peppermint Schnapps (Rumple Minze). Add 1 shot of Godiva. Stir. Top with Whip Cream.

Excelent hand warmer for cold nights plus some alcohol to warm the spirit. If Hot Chocoalte is made with milk, the milk will have a tendency to react with the Schnapps. Whole milk reacts more but gives a creamier taste. The whip cream will give a better (creamier) texture and taste to water based hot chocolate.
