Ingredients:

• 1 oz Strawberry schnapps (Clear)
• 3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur
• 3/4 oz Banana liqueur
• 1 part Pineapple juice
• 1 part Orange juice
• 1 part Cranberry juice
• Top With Cream

Mixing instructions:

Fill a tall hurricane glass with ice. Layer ingredients by carefully and slowly adding each in order. Best garnished with a small wedge of "unpeeled" pineapple.

This drink is most attractive when made with a clear brand of strawberry schnapps - it's similar to a rainbow (ergo "Rainbow Brite"). After absorbing the aesthetic effect, the drink is best enjoyed well-stirred.
