Milk of Amnesia
Add ice cold champagne to glass, slowly add chilled Chambord untill desired raspberry flavor is achieved, give it a gentle stir to mix.
This will taste like a delicious raspberry soda. Make sure you use a decent champagne but don't waste your money on expensive stuff. However I strongly recomend using Chambord. I know it hurts $$$ but the other (cheaper) brands never taste as good.
