This drink is from the musical/movie "Follow the Boys" In the movie the navy guy walk up to the bar, the bartender looks at him, saying "You don't want me to make that, the navy drink?", and the navy guy must make the drink himself... He is charged 40 $ for 4 of these.. "That should about cover it"
