Ingredients:

• 5 cl Apple juice
• 3 cl Lime juice
• 8 cl champagne flavored Carbonated soft drink
• 1 slice Lemon
• Soda water (Farris)

Mixing instructions:

Mix with ice.

Named after the head of the Norwegian traffic police some years ago, only known as U.P. Olsen. -- Champagne soda is a fruit flavored soda and has little in common with champagne.
