Ingredients:

• 1 cup Yoghurt
• 2 cups cold Water
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)

Mixing instructions:

Blend (frappe) in blender until frothy. Add torn curry leaves and serve cold.
