Japanese-themed drinks for new bar

Hey all.
We're launching a Ninja/samurai/traditional Japan-themed bar and were looking
for some interesting new cocktails besides the regular sake bombs.
Some themes would be Ninja, Samurai, Mt. Fuji, Geisha, etc.
Any kind of alcohol is fine, but we would want to use some sake/shochu as well.
If you have any ideas, we'd love to hear them!
