Subject: Recreating burn of Jamaican Ginger Beer? Capsicum?

I am trying to recreate that hot burn that comes with like Goya branded
Jamaican Ginger Beer or Blenheim Red Cap, it's a bit more than ginger.

Here are the ingredients for the two hottest brands:

Goya:
Carbonated Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup 55, Ginger Flavorings, Oil Of
Ginger, Caramel Color, Capsicum, Citric Acid.

Blenheim Red Cap:
Carbonated Water, Sucrose, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative),
Natural Flavoring & Caramel Color.

I notice the "Capsicum" is in the Goya. Could I get the same effect by getting
something like this?

http://www.amazon.com/Pure-Cap-Hot-Sauce-Ferociously/dp/B0000DG4NJ

Any thoughts?
