Here's a great drink my daughter makes on occasion. I'm a coconut rum and coke
person also. But I like Mike's and Margarita's too. Use this with or without
liqueur. Is a fun drink for guests too.

Orange Grenada

1 oz. Grand Mariner
1/4 cup orange juice
4 tsp. sugar
6 fresh oranges

Cut the tops of fresh oranges and squeeze out center. Scrape the insides to
remove pulp, with out damageing the shell. Place shells on a dish and put in
your freezer. These will be your glass later.

Mix ingredients in a deep pie dish, place in freezer. As it begins to freeze,
use a fork to scrape it into icy chips.

When frozen about 2 or 3 hours later, scoop the frozen ingredients into the
orange shells. Insert straw and enjoy.

It will keep in the freezer for when your ready if your drinking alone. Or a
great surprise for guests in the hot summer. Add an umbrella for fun.
