I hate to say this, but you're assuming managment is stupid.  Cheap and money 
grubbing is a given, stupid isn't.  Still, with the weak drinks, people are 
coming in and paying the price, so they must be doing something right.  You 
have a job, and they pay you.  So I would guess they didn't just fall of the 
turnip truck and in to that bar.  

I would be very wary of trying to mess with them.  Think about it.  You said 
you couldn't even get away with a double pour, and it's so easy to act like 
the pourer is stopped up.  If you manage to bypass the cheap ass pourers you 
will increase liquor use, which will show up when they do inventory and 
compare it to sales revenue.

I used to be a manager, till I got tired of dealing with cheap ass owners, and 
went back to the wood I love.  One of the main functions of management is 
knowing the zillion ways employees can steal.  Doubtful your efforts, how ever 
resourceful, will go unnoticed.
