Sloe Gin Rickey

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Sloe gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lime
• Carbonated water
• 1 wedge Lime

Mixing instructions:

Pour sloe gin and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Drop the wedge of lime in glass and serve.
