Powdered Chocolate Donut
Pour equal parts of malibu rum and creme de cacao into a shot glass. Sprinkle the top lightly with powdered sugar.
Created at the Fireside Tavern in the poconos, PA, as yet another collaborative effort by Fireside's resident Barkeep, and Mitch, of the Moose Head Lounge in West Nyack, NY. After mixing many experimental shots, only a few made the grade. This was probably the tastiest of all of them. After trying the shot, Mitch did not even hesitate on the name. Immediately, he blurted, "Taste's just like a chocolate donut." The other patrons there at the time tried it, and all agreed... The confectioner's sugar came later, but it truly is the crowning touch to the flavor. This shot is a must, for those partygoers with a sweet tooth...
