Pour ingredients into ice filled glass. Stir to mix.
I found this recipe in a magazine - Cosmo, I think. I've ordered it at bars a few times and noone had ever heard of it. If mixed properly, (sometimes you have to play with the mix depending on the amaretto you use) you get a smooth textured coco/pinapple thing happening that's very tropoical, and not overly sweet.
