Mix vodka, amaretto and ice cream in blender. Pour into glass, and gently pour in jigger of chambord, being careful to swirl the chambord with straw or stirring stick to produce the desired effect.
Quite tasty, and fairly potent - the ice cream takes the edge off the vodka. First introduced to us by a bartender at the Grand Floridian in Walt Disney World during our honeymoon - it's been a favorite of my wife's ever since then.
