French 75 (Cognac)

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 6 oz Champagne

Mixing instructions:

Combine cognac, sugar and lemon juice in shaker. Add ice and shake till chilled. Pour into champagne flute. Pour champagne over cognac concotion. Garnish with lemon curl.
