I made this drink up in college. It is named for my childhood hero and my favorite Disney character. Its sweet flavor and golden color remind me of that silly, nilly, willy old bear. I tend to like this drink best on hot, humid nights. The cream soda really takes the edge off of the whiskey. You can adjust the ingredients to taste, but too much cream soda tends to make this drink almost sickly-sweet. It's definitely a whiskey lover's drink.
